2011 in review

Happy New Year to all my readers! The good people at WordPress.com prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog and have done a very pretty job of presenting the stats, so I have taken them up on their offer of sharing it with you. The link below will take you to their handiwork.

The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 8,700 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

  2. Let me know if you have any top tips for the black garlic – I have some but so far no inspiration as to what to use it in! x

    • Alsi, I used it recently in some baby Piedmont peppers. I planned to write it up but the photos were rubbish so it’ll have to wait until next time. I also used some the other day in an onion gravy, which I’m in the middle of writing about now, so watch this space…
